C&C to Present Check at Fireantz Military Appreciation Night

Caviness and Cates is proud to announce the success of their HomeFront Project. On Saturday February 5th Caviness and Cates will present a check to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which will take place at the FireAntz Military Appreciation Night Hockey Game at 7:30pm. This game is free to all active duty service members and their family. Free Tickets are available at the MWR Ticket office located in the mini mall at Ft. Bragg.

As a part of their commitment to support the community and military families, Caviness and Cates created the HomeFront Project: a pledge to donate a portion of their sales from each and every home sold in 2010 to help raise funds for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. A leader in supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces and their families, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund provides support for the families of military personnel lost in service to our nation and for severely wounded military personnel and veterans. David A. Winter, Executive Vice President of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund states “the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is proud to have been supported by the very generous efforts of Caviness and Cates. We are truly grateful to be a part of charitable programs like this one that Caviness and Cates has put together, which increases the visibility and emphasizes the critical importance of supporting the men and women of the armed forces and their families.”

When speaking about the HomeFront Project and their contribution, owner Chris Cates states, “We're honored to be presenting a check for $30,400 to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Caviness and Cates and our team are proud to be giving back to the community in such a large way. This donation would not be possible without our homebuyers; they are the ones who make the HomeFront Project possible.”
