Caviness and Cates Communities, a home builder based in Fayetteville NC, was added to the distinguished list of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville - Home Builder of the Year. This honor has been bestowed upon Caviness and Cates as a result of their quality and dedication to customer satisfaction, and by ensuring that the employees and trade partners of their company go to great lengths to see that each home is built to exceed the expectations of the individual homebuyer.
Chris Cates of Caviness and Cates Communities accepted the award Tuesday night, “We want to thank everyone at the Fayetteville Association of Home Builders; I was very honored to accept the award on behalf of our entire Caviness and Cates team.” Caviness and Cates is grateful to their clients and is proud to provide hundreds of military and civilian families in Southeastern North Carolina with a new home to call their own.

In January, Caviness and Cates will make an announcement demonstrating the success of the HomeFront Project.
Not only has Caviness and Cates had the honor of being named the 2010 Home Builder of the Year, in 2009, with a closing rate increase of 23%, Caviness and Cates ranked 68th in the United States for new homes sales. These two distinctions demonstrate Caviness Cates’ strong commitment and contribution to the North Carolina economy and its military and civilian families.
